What is the center height of this scope mount? And what is 20moa cant vs 0 moa cant?

The Athlon Optics Cantilever Scope Mounts have a 1.43in center height. The difference between the 20MOA and 0MOA cant is that the 20MOA cant rings cant the scope down toward the muzzle of the barrel to allow for 20MOA more in adjustment.
