Adjustment range for elevation and windage? Rated for 50BMG?

Total elevation/windage adjustment is 18 MILS for MPN: 213022 per the manufacturer and it should be just fine on a .50.

Does this scope have a zero stop?

This scope does not have a true zero stop. The turrets on this scope can be set to zero once the actual scope has been zeroed on the rifle, by removing the turrets and setting them at the 0 mark once it has been sighted in.

Is this scope reticle system graduated in MOA or MIL specs?

MPN: 213022 is a MIL scope and the reticle and adjustments are both in MILS.
