Just bought the Ruger Percision Model 18080 338 Lapua... will the mount directly to handrail system or do I need the adapter?

Yes, the Ruger Precision .338 Lapua Magnum comes with a 1913 picatini rail that you attach to the rifle. You would attach this bipod to that.

The Atlas Bipods Atlas 5 H Bipod-Lever with Custom ADM Lever attaches to any picatinny/1913 rail system. If you do not have picatinny, you can purchase a picatinny rail adapter that directly mounts to your M-LOK, or Keymod rail system.

I’m looking to put on a rock river coyote ar15. There is no mlok to mount it to. Is there an adapter that I could purchase so I could mount it?

This is not an MLOK bipod, it attaches directly to any picatinny rail, so as long as you can add a picatinny rail to your handguard, it will mount to it.
