will this fit on browning x bolt max I I have bottom rail

The BT47-LW17 will mount to the browning x bolt max I. Any of our models that end in LW17 will work for this rifle. You will also need a 1913 picatinny rail to mount the bipod to the rifle. I would recommend measuring the center to center spacing of the sling studs on your rifle and from there you can determine which rail would work best for you. We have two options for rails: BT15 3.35" rail (to accommodate slightly curved stocks) or BT17 4" rail to accommodate flat stocks.

What is needed to modify the Atlas BT19 for use with an ARCA rail?

You will need to remove the BT19 and then you can add the ARCA mount directly to the NC (No Clamp bipod). You will need an ARCA mount to attach the bipod to the ARCA rail.

what is needed to attach this to a savage stealth evolution 338 laupa

That rifle has a swivel stud. This bipod would require an adapter to a picatinny rail.
