Where are specs for these items (weights, dimensions)? I don't see them anywhere on the page.

ATN describes the dimensions as 6.3" x 6" x 3"/160 mm x 150 mm x 75 mm; weight of 2.2 lbs / 1 kg.

Does this come with the head mount? If so, do the goggles flip up?

Will these mount to the Team Wendy Exfil Ballistic helmet? Is there additional hardware needed and do they flip up and out of the way when not in use?

What is the visable light spectrum rating for these ? Need to see red LED

That information is not provided by the manufacturer. You would need to reach out to ATN to see if they can provide that information. These have a bright light cut off feature so depending on the intensity of the light the unit will shut off, but red should be fairly visible through these as it is on the edge of the visible light spectrum right before infrared light.
