Does the ballistics calculator engage automatically when you use the rangefinder?

Yes, once the ballistic profile is established, ranging the target with the rangefinder will prompt the ballistic calculator to automatically adjust the reticle to correct the point of impact. This means no holdover is required, you simply aim and shoot on target.
