Is this mount compatible with the Odin LT Monocular?

The ATN Weapons Mount for ATN 6015 & PVS14 Night Vision Monoculars will not work with the ATN ODIN LT 320 Thermal Monocular. The mount located at the link below will work.

Is this designed to work in front of the current weapons sight one is using on their rifle?

The ATN Weapons Mount for ATN 6015 & PVS14 Night Vision Monoculars will mount to a picatinny top rail behind a night vision compatible optic.
