The B&W International GO wheeled tool case with pocket boards will not include any tools, it utilizes 37 tool pockets distributed across the front and back of the boards.

when viewing the pictures, it shows 2 kinds of pocket boards. one pic has elastic strips to hold tools, the other pic shows leather pocket boards ?

This B&W International GO wheeled tool case with pocket boards uses pockets on the interior with Removable tool boards under lid and as cover for the main compartment with a total of 37 tool pockets distributed across the front and back of the boards. There is also a model available with tool loops, and a model with 9 module tool holders.

What are the dimensions and weight of the case

The internal dimensions are 19.1" x 14.6" x 7.9", while the external are 20.3" x 17.5" x 10.2". It weighs 15 lb.

IS the lowered compartment dividers adjustable so you can make room to store a Fluke Meter?

Yes, the aluminum dividers in the bottom of the case can be adjusted or removed as needed so it should be adjustable to fit a fluke meter.
