does this include the gas block and gas tube?

Only Hanson profile barrels include a gas block. All barrels do not include a gas tube.

No. It's ported but not dimpled. I used the odin works stainless adjustable gas block and it lined up perfectly.

will this work on a dpms gen1 ar10?

Yes. It is specifically for the dpms gen one like the aero precision or stag. They actually ise ballistic advantage for their factory rifles so it pairs perfectly with aero and stag
