Yes. The Barra Optics H20 4x32 Rifle Scope features a Duplex-Style pattern reticle that can be easily paired with 5.56/.223. It also features a 6063 aluminum housing and is waterproof/fogproof, so it should handle the recoil of your rifle just fine. It has a 1" maintube and a 32mm objective lens, so I would recommend using medium height rings to get a more comfortable shooting/head position.
