The Barska 4x20 Electro Sight Rifle Scope has a Mil-Dot Reticle and the Brownell Retro 4X scope has a duplex reticle. Both reticles are calibrated for use with 5.56 ammo. Both have capped elevation and windage turrets and are waterproof as well as fog proof. They appear to be similar but have not tested them side by side.
