do you have to remove anything to install this

To install the Barska 4x32 Contour Rifle Scope with the SKS mount and rings, you generally don’t need to remove anything from the rifle itself. The mount and rings are designed to fit the SKS rifle's existing structure. However, depending on your rifle model, you may need to remove the rear sight or any existing scope mounts if they are in the way of the new setup.

Will this scope fit a Marlin 30/30?

The Barska 4x32 Contour Rifle Scope with SKS Mount and Rings will fit to picatinny/weaver style rails with the included rings. So as long as you have a picatinny/weaver rail installed on your Marlin, then this scope will fit.
