No, the included safety selector with the Battle Arms Development Enhanced AR Lower Parts Kit cannot be mounted to the right side of your firearm. You would need an ambidextrous safety selector or a selector that is designed to be mounted to either side of your receiver, such as the Badger Ordnance Universal Safety Selector, found by using the link below:
