How long of a rail does it need (3 slot, 5 slot, etc)?

This grip will fit to a 3 slot or longer picatinny rail.

Can you attach this to m lok rail and if not what would you need thanks

To attach this grip to an MLOK rail, you will need a picatinny rail section that'll fit the MLOK system. Here's one that will work for your setup.
