What is the spring weight? Heavier than the stock 17 or 18 lbs?

Beretta does not list the spring weight, saying only that the product "reduces trigger pull effort by 150 Grams".

Does this work with the APX Compact and Centurion?

No. It appears to not work with the 9mm APX Centurion, Compact, or Carry.
