The adapter does look to be able to accommodate an NVM-14.

Need to know this may not work with certain mounts, I could not get this close enough to eye to work properly. And it does not give you any extra space adjustment. It was designed for skull crusher style mounting so I wouldn't put all your eggs in one basket.
