Will this holster fit s&w shield plus

The Bianchi Model 58 P.I. Open-Top Belt Slide Holster is not compatible with the Shield Plus. I would recommend the We the People Holsters Smith & Wesson M&P Shield / M2.0 4 / Plus 9Mm/.40 Independence Leather Owb Holster, which can be found by using the link below:

Will this handle a 1911 with a rail?

Yes, the Bianchi Model 58 P.I. Open-Top Belt Slide Holster will accommodate a 1911 model pistol with an underside picatinny/accessory rail.

Unfortunately, Bianchi/Safariland does not list the Taurus 24/7 Pro .40 caliber.
