The Bishop Defense Glock 34 Pistol Slide will not work with a Glock 34 Gen 5.

No, the optic ready Bishop Defense Glock 34 Pistol Slides (Tier 1/Tier 2) feature an optic cut designed to fit optics with the Trijicon RMR footprint, not the Deltapoint Pro footprint.

Can you use your OEM slide parts for this slide? Or do I have to buy a new kit?

You should be able to use your stock parts, though some may not be compatible depending on generation.
