What "tier" will fit a Polymer80 PF9SS? Their website says it works with Gen 4 slides but I don't see a gen 4 option here.

This Bishop Defense Glock 43 Pistol Slide will be compatible with the PF9SS. The tiers represent different levels of modifications to the slides from Bishop Defense, with tier 1 being the top of the line.

Does any of the 3 tier has cut for Trijicon RMR? If so which one? (Picture doesn't really show the cut.)

The Bishop Defense Glock 43 Pistol Slide does not have an RMR cut, but it includes an RMR plate that installs using the rear sight.
