The Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear Canik OWB Pro Heavy Duty Competition Holster is not listed as being compatible with the Canik TP9 Elite Combat.

The Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear Pro Canik OWB Pro Heavy Duty Competition Holster might fit the Canik Rival. The Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear Pro Canik OWB Pro Heavy Duty Competition Holster model for the Canik TP9SFX is compatible with the Canik TP9SF Elite with a 4.19" barrel and the TP9SFX which has a 5.2" barrel. The Rival has a 5" barrel so it may fit. However, since the manufacturer doesn't list it as a compatible model fitment cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. The Canik METE is compatible with TP9 SFX holsters. The the Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear Pro Canik OWB Pro Heavy Duty Competition Holster will work with your Canik METE just fine.

Will this fit Canik TP9 DA with rail mounted laser sight?

The Black Scorpion Outdoor Gear Pro Canik OWB Pro Heavy Duty Competition Holster is a non light/laser bearing holster that is not compatible with either a light or laser. Technically yes but it wouldn't fit the entire holster. This could make it "unstable " to some.
