Info is the pouch is right handed. Does that mean it is right handed draw? Thank you for your time and help

It means that it will be positioned on your left side. So when drawing the magazine with your left hand it will be positioned to reload the firearm in your right hand.

It means that a magazine from a modern pistol fits into it. IE Glock 19, Sig P320, Baretta 92 etc.
