Is it commercial or mil-spec?

The receiver extension is mil-spec and should fit all milspec compatible stocks.

It should fit both standard and bull barrel profile 10/22's that are not takedown models.

which bipods can fit the stock?

The BlackHawk Knoxx Axiom R/F Ruger 10/22 Rifle Stock features a sling stud on the forend, allowing for direct use with sling stud compatible bipods. You can also use a sling stud to picatinny adapter to fit picatinny mounted bipods.

These BlackHawk Axiom R/F Ruger 10/22 Rifle Stocks will only fit standard Ruger 10/22's. They will not work for the custom shop left handed models.
