I have a sig p320 with an Olight baldr pro. Will this holster work?

The BlackHawk Epoch Level 3 Light Bearing Duty Holster is not compatible with the Olight Baldr Pro. Unfortunately, we do not carry any holsters that work with that specific light. You would need to use a universal fit holster or have a custom holster made.

The TLR 7 and * are smaller than others so will this accommodate the TLR 8?

The Epoch holsters are specifically meant for the TLR-1, TLR-2 and X300.

The Omnivore Light Bearing Holster will only fit the Streamlight TLR-1 or 2, 419002BBR or L
or Surefire X300 and X300A, 419001BBR or L
