The BlackHawk T-Series L2C Compact Holsters are not compatible with a Walther PDP. I would recommend the Warne OWB Holster, found by using the link below:

The BlackHawk T-Series L2C Compact Holsters are not compatible with lights or lasers. Besides universal fit holsters, we do not carry a holster that is directly compatible with your setup.

Will this fit the 48 MOS with suppressor height sights and Streamlight TLR-7 sub light attached?

No. This BlackHawk T-Series L2C Compact Holster will not accommodate lights or lasers. I'd recommend the C&G Holsters Tactical OWB Holster which will accommodate a Glock 43/48 with a TLR-7. You can find it using the following link:
