Does this platform work with a t series level 3 holster

Yes. The BlackHawk Tactical CQC Holster Platform will work with T-Series holster but will require the duty accessory mounting kit. You can find the accessory kit by using the following link:

Does Black Hawk not have a thigh rig holster for The FN FNX-45ACP Tactical. I cannot believe they have none. Please let me know if they do!!!

Which Blackhawk magazine pouches will mount to the accesory points on this thigh holster platform, how many duty accesory screw kits are needed per

The magazine pouches use a rail system to mount, so you would need a rail kit such as this: https://www.opticsplanet.com/blackhawk-cqc-dual-rail-accessory-belt-loop.html. Each rail should be held on with two screws which can then be transferred over to the thigh ring. Then you can mount either a double stack pouch: https://www.opticsplanet.com/carbon-mag-pouch-single-mag-case-double-stack-9-40.html or a single stack pouch: https://www.opticsplanet.com/blackhawk-cqc-carbon-fiber-mag-pouch-single-stack.html. Due to the size of the holster on the thigh mount, you most likely will only be able to fit one magazine pouch on the rig.
