Yes. The BlackHawk Tactical Omega VI Ultra Universal Modular Light Holster is designed to fit an assortment of different handguns and can accommodate weaponlights as well as without the light mounted. The bottom of the holster is sewn closed to prevent accidental discharge of your light.

Will a springfield XD9 fit in this holster, it has a 4" barrel?

No it will not. It will fit Glock 17, Glock 21, Glock 23, Glock 20, Glock 19, Beretta 96, Beretta 92, Glock 22, SIG Sauer P226, Smith & Wesson SW1911.
