Would this work with an ATN thor 4?

The Bobro Engineering Dual Lever Precision Optic Mount w/30mm Rings will not fit the Thor 4. You will need the ATN Thor 4 specific model from Bobro Engineering which we currently do not have.

Will the 0 moa mount work with the Thor LT model thermal by ATN?

The Thor LT might fit the Bobro Engineering Dual Lever Precision Optic Mount w/30mm Rings. The mount at the link below will work with the Thor LT.

Is this the right mount for proper eye relief on a Ar15 ? Also does it come with scope levels to mount it?

This mount provides proper eye relief and height for mounting an optic on a flat top AR.

Scope levels are not included.
