Will this fit a rhino 30ds ?

The Bond Arms Driving Holster will not fit a Chiappa Rhino 30DS. It is designed to fit Derringer pistols.

Is this holster made for a trigger guard ?

The Bond Arms Driving Holster will cover the trigger guard of a handgun if it has one and uses a snap hook to secure the handgun.
