Does the lid for the drum come with it?

No. The Boss Buck Hanging Bail does not include a barrel but will attach to a 55 gallon barrel to use with a tripod or winch feeder setup. It comes with a 1,000 LB pulley. Painted and sealed to prevent rust. Comes complete with mounting hardware.
