No, 243 Win is a short action caliber and these stocks are for long action calibers.

I have a Remington 770 .270 win will this fit?

Measurements are provided online, we do recommend customers check these measurements. However, the 770 is one of the few models not based on long or short action. In other words the magazine box will fit the same whether the gun is a 270 winchester, a 308, 30 06, or a 7mm etc.
