I have a savage 17hmr with bull barrel do you have a thumbhole stock that would work?

If you have a Savage B.Mag then these will fit: https://www.opticsplanet.com/boyds-hardwood-gunstocks-featherweight-thumbhole-savage-b-mag-detachable-b-vbryf.html however the B.Mag (at least currently) is only chambered in .17 WSM (Winchester Super Magnum). If you have a different rifle in .17HMR, please contact us at techsales@opticsplanet.com with the rifle info and we can see what options are available for you.

Is this stock for a heavy barrel?

This model is for a standard contour barrel. It will not work with a heavy barrel.
