These don't have the cut for the selector. They are, also, obviously not for an M1a.

The Boyds Hardwood Gunstocks M1 Carbine Stock requires all metal components and sling assembly from the original stock. Confirm the following dimension with your current stock to check compatibility:
Barrel Channel: 39/64" Tube Barrel
Receiver/action is approximately 6 19/64" long by 1 7/32" wide.
Over All Length of Part: 28 1/4"

Will this fit a Socom 16 M1A?

Stocks are designed to accept Springfield M1 A .308 receivers. This should also work with the SOCOM 16 M1A.

This is the full length stock, not just the handguard.
