The Boyds Hardwood Gunstocks Marlin 39A .22 Stock will fit single shot versions of the 39A. Measure the dimensions of your original stock to ensure fitment. Dimensions of this Boyds stock are:
Top Tang Width: .535"
Top Tang Length: 3.1"
Bottom Tang Width: .525"
Bottom Tang Length: 3.1"
Stock Height at Receiver: 1.575"
Stock Width at Receiver: 1.25"
Overall Length of Stock: 12.9"
Measurement of Receiver Mounting Bolt: .215" X1.68"
You will need the take down screw from the original stock.

The butt plate should fit well, but this is not prepped for a grip plate.
