I have a Trap SKB 34” barrel shot gun with Stock and adjustable recoil pad measures 54 inches will this case fit

No, the longest this rifle case comes in is 50". We recommend adding 2" to the overall length of your gun when choosing the perfect size case, so would tell you to go with a 56".

The interior measurement of the case is 46" so your gun would not fit. We recommend adding 2" to the overall length of your gun when choosing the proper size case. Since this case isn't made in a 48" you would have to go with the 50".

What is the weight of the cotton fabric? Is the cotton waxed? Is the zipper metal or plastic? Is the trim leather or vinyl? Is this case made in USA?
