Are the outside threads 1/2X28?

The manufacturer does not state what the outside threads are on the Breek Arms 3FO-S AR15 .223/.556, 9mm, .30 Flash Hider. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for that information.

We do not have a thread protector for this part, we would recommend using the Blast Shield to protect the threads. Or you can find a dedicated thread protector elsewhere, the thread pitch is 13/16" x 16 tpi.

No, Breek Outside Threaded muzzle devices are not compatible with the ASR mount. Breek's outside thread pitch is 13/16"x16tpi.

No, these muzzle device outside threads are 13/16 x 16 tpi threading, the Rearden devices don't list a thread pitch but it is not the same.

Does the .30 cal work with 300 blackout?

Yes, 300 Blackout is a .30 caliber projectile so it will work. Be sure to check that the barrel thread pitch is a correct match too.

Breek Arms does not specify if their .30 cal 3FO-S AR15 Short Outside Threaded Flash Hider (MPN:BRK4034) is compatible with 7.62x39. I would recommend contacting them directly for more information.

Will this extend my 14.5 inch barrel to 16 inches?

This Breek Arms 3FO-S AR15 Flash Hider is only 1.58" in length. Taking into account the threads on your barrel, this may not provide enough length to be 16" overall. I would recommend using the longer version (2.36") found by using the link below:
