Will this fit a supressor with 1.375 outer diameter

No, the ID of the handguard is 1.375 as well. And even if there was a small amount of room you would still have to account for flexing, so keep that in mind as well.

The Breek Arms AR-15 RG2-S MLOK Handguard comes with a barrel nut. You will need a 1 1/4" barrel nut wrench to install.

Are the wedge inserts steel? Also, is the barrel nut steel?

The Breek Arms RG2-S AR-15 MLOK Handguard and wedges are made of 6061-T6 Aluminum and the barrel nut is made of Steel.

Will this work with an adams arms low profile 300 blk piston kit?

The Breek Arms RG2-S AR-15 MLOK Handguard has an internal diameter of 1.35". So it will most likely not work with the Adams Arms Low Profile Piston Kit. However, I recommend you measure how much clearance you need based on the measurements of the piston kit install on your rifle.

Maybe an Optics Planet web-person will see this - it says here weight 3.5 oz. The manufacturers description says it's 13.3.
