I have a CZ All American Trap and Skeet combo, need a case to hold gun and extra barrel.

This case will not accommodate an extra barrel. Pretty tight fit with one over/under barrel set.

Browning specifies that the maximum barrel length, at 34", includes chokes.

TSA Approved?

The TSA only requires that your firearm be in a hard-sided case that is locked, so this will technically work, however because the locks are integral to the case, there is the possibility they may have to damage the locks if they decide to inspect the contents of the case. It's generally better to get a case that is lockable with TSA-approved locks since they will already have the proper master key to open it without damaging it.
