Yes, the Browning Lona O/U Takedown Soft Gun Case features a sewn-in divider that creates individual spaces for barrels and receiver on takedown guns. Dimensions of the case are 34-1/2" L x 2" D x 10-1/2" H.

If you are referring to leather string on the right side of the image, that is for hanging up the empty case.

Will 32” barrels with chokes fit?

Yes, it should fit as long as the chokes are not extended more than 2" from the barrel.

Here are the dimensions:

34.5” x 2” x 10.5” ( Length x Depth x Width)

There is an internal divider separating the buttstock/receiver from the forearm and barrels. (Forearm will be attached to the barrels).
