Does this camera link live to a cell phone

No. The Browning Trail Cameras Dark Ops Hd Max uses an SD card to save pictures and video and will not link to a phone/tablet. You would need to remove the SD card and use a reader to see the images and videos.

The Browning Trail Cameras Dark Ops Hd Max offers 18MP images with an infrared LED illumination at night up to 80ft. It also records video in 1600x900p HD with sound.

How do I delete pictures on chip

You will have to remove the SD card from the Browning Trail Cameras Dark Ops Hd Max and use a SD card reader with your computer to access the images and videos taken by the camera. At that point you can save or delete images and videos.
