Yes, it will come with the adapters that will work for all of those calibers.

Are the arbors long enough to work with the large silencer on a Gamo Whisper .22 cal pellet rifle?

The BSA Bore Sighter kit is not designed to work with large sound suppressors, as it will not reach the barrel through the suppressor.

Will the bsa bs30 kit work in a 30-06 rifle and if so which arbor is used?

Yes it would work with .30-06. You would use the .30 arbor.
