THe BSA Optics Sweet .22 2-7x32mm AO Compact Rifle Scope will not mount to the M&P15-22 with the included rings. The 1" diameter rings at the link below will work for mount the BSA Optics Sweet .22 2-7x32mm AO Compact Rifle Scope to that rifle.

Will this scope (using the rings that come with it) fit the scope base adapter on a Ruger 10/22 ?

That will depend on the type of scope base that your model of 10/22 has, as the 10/22 is offered with different scope mounting options. This scope will come with 2 dovetail rings, if your 10/22 has a picatinny/weaver style rail then these rings will not be compatible.

Will this fit on the 1022 takedown weaver rail that comes with it?

While this scope can be used with your rifle, the included rings are for a dovetail base and will not be compatible with a weaver rail.
