The Sweet 22 4-12x40AO comes with 3 turrets, 36 gr, 38 gr, 40 gr; velocity will vary by distance by grain, at 100 yards 1001 fps- 36 gr, 1009 fps - 38 gr / 40 gr.
The BSA Optics Sweet 22 4-12x40 scope has scope rings that will fit an 11 mm dovetail rail.
The BSA Optics Sweet .22 4-12x40mm Rifle Scope will work for a .22 WMR rifle. However, the holdovers integrated in the reticle will not match, and the ballistically calibrated turrets for 36gr, 38gr, and 40 gr cartridges will also not match with .22 WMR. You would essentially need to make your own holds. Unfortunately, we do not carry a scope dedicated to .22 WMR.
The BSA Optics Sweet .22 4-12x40mm Rifle Scope is specifically designed for .22LR and includes dovetail rings that would be compatible with your rifle. However, BSA Optics does not state whether this optic will withstand Airgun recoil and the reticle wouldn't be calibrated for .22 cal pellets. I'd recommend reaching out to BSA Optics directly or purchasing a scope specifically designed for Airguns.

That 35 yards is actually a misprint. It should say the scope has 35MOA of adjustment. The parallax focus is actually from 7.5yds to infinity, so you would be good to go.
This scope is specifically designed for the .22LR and comes with 3 turrets calibrated for .22LR. It should be able to handle the recoil of the .22 Mag, but the turrets etc are not set up for it.
