223 wylde is a chamber specifically designed to safely run both 223 and 556 safely. In fact, it also improves accuracy of the 223 as compared to using a 556 chamber.
.223 Wylde is not a .223 Remington chamber. A .223 Remington is what is not designed to handle standard.5.56 NATO chamber pressures. This is .223 Wylde, it's designed to use both the above cartridges (IE designed to handle 5.56 NATO chamber pressures) but has better landing design to get the accuracy of the .223 Remington chamber while shooting ether cartridge.
