The BSF Barrels AR-15 .223 Wylde Barrel will require a 0.875" gas block. If you are looking for a standard low profile gas block, I would recommend the Aero Precision Low Profile Gas Block (linked below). If you want an adjustable gas block, I'd recommend the SLR Sentry 8 .875 Adjustable Gas Block (linked below).

Does this barrel have a dimple to set the gas block?

Yes, it does. Per the manufacturer: We put one dimple on the chamber end of the gas landing area. If you line up the rear set screw it will give you perfect alignment. Then simply tighten down the other set screw, just tight enough that it will not back out.

Any standard gas block that matches the outer diameter will work.
