No, the medium will not work. You will need the small for your Thunder 380 CC.

Will beretta subcompact fit this holster

No, this will not fit any of the Beretta Sub-compact pistols. If you have a PX4 Sub-compact, you would need the Large size, if you have a Tomcat, Pico, Nano, or Jetfire you would need the Small size.
