Will the Bulldog RR-S320 accept/secure a red dot (Romeo 1 Pro) equipped P320?

Yes, the Bulldog Cases & Vaults Rapid Release Polymer Holster with Paddle (MPN:RR-S320) will be compatible with a P320 that has an optic equipped.

Does this holster fit the new sig p322 with Romeozero red dot sight?

The P322 is not compatible with P320 Holsters. It will require its own specific holster. I would recommend the SIG SAUER IWB/OWB Holster for the P322, found by using the link below:

Will the bulldog hoster made for the Sig Sauer p365 fit the Sig Sauer p365xl
