Will this work with a GHM9 SD

Yes, since the GHM9 SD uses an M-LOK handguard and this Rail-Rap is made to fit any KeyMod or M-LOK rail, it should work on that firearm.

Sorry for the delayed reply but I think you'll want the Rail-Rap Heavy due to the larger diameter of that handguard.

Will the 6x2 wrap work well with a full picattiny rail?

It will likely not fit properly as this is meant for handguards that are 1.5-2" in diameter. It is meant for M-lok or Keymod handguards. Burn Proof offers a "Heavy" model of their rail rap which we unfortunately do not carry at this time, but can be ordered direct from Burn Proof.
