Does the scope come with the fastfire 3 sight and AR-PEPR Mount?

Is the magnification knob adjustable for tension?? Mine is incredibly difficult to rotate.

The magnification wheel is not adjustable for tension. The only real remedy would be to get a throw lever that can be attached to the wheel and will make it a bit easier to adjust. You could use MPN:167-171SV found here:

It says it has a illuminated reticle but can you use the scope in day light hours if you didn't have batteries?
