I have Remington BDL 700. When I put Burris FullField IV scope on existing mounts. the dial touches bolty. Is ring be high enough clear it open

The "High" Burris 1 inch Signature Universal Dovetail Scope Mount Rings (MPN:420511) are 0.89" in height and should be able to accommodate an objective lens up to 50mm.
