What Country is the scope made? What part of the illuminated reticles are red?

The Burris Fullfield IV 4-16x50 mm 1in Tube Second Focal Plane (SFP) Rifle Scope is made in China and the center crosshair is the only portion of the reticles that are illuminated.

The Burris Fullfield IV 4-16x50 mm 1in Tube Second Focal Plane (SFP) Rifle Scope is not night vision compatible. It could, however, work in conjunction with a clip-on NV or thermal device to allow for low/no light shooting.
